Which box is currently shipping?

Say “YES” to a Summer of Grace– the Summer Grace Case box is coming soon! You can sign up here. Your card will be charged on June 1st, and your Grace Case will be shipped out by June 10th.


What is Grace Case?

The Grace Case is a quarterly subscription club featuring some of our favorite high-end, fairly traded products. Each item is made by artisans at different ministries and non-profits who focus on empowering oppressed and marginalized women around the globe.  The Grace Case is basically happy mail that changes the world. Every item has been carefully procured and hand picked by Ann Voskamp and the team at Fair Trade Friday.


How much does The Grace Case cost?

The Grace Case is $119 USD, plus shipping, each quarter. Each Grace Case collection is valued at over $180, so this is a savings of over $60!


I just signed up for a Grace Case subscription! When can I expect my first shipment, and when will my card be charged again?

Welcome to the Grace Case family! Your card will be billed on March 1st, and your box will be shipped to you within two weeks. You will then be billed again on June 1st, September 1st, and December 1st. All prices are USD.

You will receive an email notification when your box has shipped, and it will include a tracking link.


How do I change my shipping address or method of payment?

I live in the UK. Can I sign up for The Grace Case?

Currently The Grace Case is only available to those in the United States and Canada. However, our other subscription clubs ship to the UK! You can check them out here.


What if you are unable to process my recurring quarterly payment? 

If we are unable to charge the credit card on your account, it is likely because it has expired. In this case, we will wait to send your Grace Case until we can get in touch with you or until we see that the billing info has been updated. If we are sold out of the current box, you will not be billed until the next quarterly box is ready to go out.


Are gift subscriptions available?

Yes! Give a little Grace to someone you love– this subscription makes a wonderful gift!


Why does the shipping charges vary from quarter to quarter?

We want to be able to send you the best fairly traded products available—gorgeous wooden bowls, trendy shoes, thick, lush blankets, etc—without being limited by weight. We will always try to be cost-conscious and charging for shipping separately gives us freedom to send you the best products available! Shipping will never be more than $20 per box when shipped in the United States, or $50 when shipped to Canada. All prices are in USD.


What is your cancellation policy?

Quarterly subscribers can cancel their Grace Case subscription(s) at any time. There is no cancellation fee. Quarterly subscribers are billed at the time of purchase, and then every three months after that. The subscription can be canceled or paused at anytime before your renewal date to avoid being charged.


How do I update my billing and shipping information?

One of my items arrived damaged! What can I do?

While we do our best to package every item with care, things do happen. Please notify us at: within 30 days of receiving your shipment, and we will be happy to replace your damaged item.


Can I return or exchange an item in my Grace Case Box?

Every quarterly subscription follows a carefully thought out theme, and each item is carefully procured and hand picked by Ann Voskamp and the team at Fair Trade Friday. While we do our best to appeal to everyone, there may be an item that is not your exact preference. We do not accept returns or exchanges, but we do include To/From cards in each quarterly box; this way you can give an item away as a gift!


My box did not arrive! What should I do?

Oh no! We are happy to help with this. Please contact us within 30 days of your box being shipped to you, and we can help you track your package or issue you a new box, if need be.
